Individual Associated for Inclusive Empowerment (INVOLVE) is a grassroots development organization committed to advancing inclusive, equitable, and sustainable development among marginalized communities in North Bengal. Working across the tea garden and forest-dependent regions of Alipurduar, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, and Jalpaiguri, INVOLVE seeks to strengthen community agency, enhance access to opportunities, and promote the dignity and well-being of vulnerable populations.

Through participatory approaches and community-led initiatives, INVOLVE works with women, youth, workers, and marginalized households to improve access to rights, welfare services, livelihoods, and local governance processes. Guided by the principles of inclusion, empowerment, and social justice, we strive to build resilient communities capable of shaping their own development journey and creating a more just and sustainable future for all.
